The Best Garden Hotel was great with its friendly staff, modern and comfortable rooms, great breakfast selection, and convenient location near restaurants and shops. The staff, especially Mohamed, was helpful and attentive. The room was impeccablynice and neat, and the hotel's proximity to the metro station and tram made it easy to explore the city.

There is a lack of water bottles in the room, which is unexpected for a 4-star hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly staff and manager, who were always on their feet to help us. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with high-tech amenities. We were impressed with the kettle in the room and the complimentary coffee and tea sachets. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a wide selection and a convenient serving time until 11am. the location was great, being close to both the metro station and tram. We appreciated having many nearby options for restaurants and shops. Truly, the staff made this hotel special.
In terms of negative aspects, there was nothing not to like.
